Delete your account

As required by App Store guideline 5.1.1(v).

You can delete your FluentTasks account, your owned projects, and all associated data directly from the iOS app. The deletion is permanent.

Steps

  • Open FluentTasks on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  • Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and Apple ID identifier.
  • Projects you own, including all tasks, comments, and attachments.
  • Your display name and email if you shared them at sign-in.
  • Your access to projects shared with you.

What does not get deleted

  • Projects owned by other people that you participated in — those remain with the owner.
  • App Store subscription records held by Apple. Cancel your subscription separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Aggregated, non-identifying logs we keep for security.

Timeline

Account deletion is immediate in the app. Backend deletion completes within 30 days. Backups are rotated within 90 days.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot open the app — for example because you lost access to your Apple ID — email support@dialogis.ai from the email address linked to your Apple ID and we will verify and process the deletion manually.
