Common billing questions.
When is the free trial billed?
The 7-day free trial applies to the annual plan only. You will be charged $39.99 at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Where is my subscription managed?
All FluentTasks subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage them in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
Does my partner need a subscription too?
No. Pro is owner-pays — only the project owner needs a subscription. Anyone you invite can edit, complete, and add tasks for free.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Open Profile → Subscription in the app and pick the other plan. Apple prorates the difference.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
Your shared projects stay readable. New shared projects beyond the free-tier limit cannot be created until you upgrade again. We never delete your data.
