Common issues
I can't sign in with Apple
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID in Settings → Apple ID. If the prompt does not appear, force-quit the app and reopen it. If you previously chose "Hide my email", that random relay address is the one we have on file — use the same Apple ID to sign in again.
My partner doesn't see my changes
Both devices need an internet connection. Pull-to-refresh on the project list to force a sync. Edits sync within one second under normal conditions.
I subscribed but Pro features are locked
In the app, open Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases. This re-checks your Apple ID for an active entitlement. If the issue persists, confirm the purchase appears in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FluentTasks and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account. Full instructions are on the delete account page.
The app crashes on launch
Update to the latest iOS version, then reinstall FluentTasks (long-press the icon → Remove App → Delete App, then reinstall from the App Store). Your data is stored in the cloud and will sync back after sign-in.

The Service runs on Google Firebase. Major outages are reflected on the Firebase status page.
